We encourage you to help us by providing the exact address, area location, and right/left directions to the event destination.
Our delivery charges are based on the kilometre distance from the city centre, accounting for two return trips to your location.
85 cent per km applies for most city and suburban journeys, 75 cent for when we head out in the countryside.
As in all things these days, Google is the final arbitrator.
Rate Calculator: Rates can be calculated by applying our simple formula;
Kilometres to location x 4 trips x 85/75 cent. We round down/up to the closest 5 Euro note. There are 4 basic zones.
- City Limits: Up to 10km from City Centre 85 cent (Mostly Inside M50) = 40.00 Euro
- Post M50: From 10km to 15km from City Centre @ 85 cent = 50.00 euro
- Some Fresh Air: 15-20km from City Centre @ 85 cent = 60.00 euro
- This is NOT in Dublin: After 20km from City Centre @ 75 cent per kilometre based on GPS (Explained below)
Fairness: The delivery and collection charge is not a hidden charge. It reflects the time and fuel consumed to bring our excellent service to your event.
Local Knowledge: It is important that you give the best possible directions. We are not ‘Local’, so we do not know where Fr. Healys Wheelbarrow is, or where the Post Office used to be, or that the Bank is now a Solicitors office. We wish we were as familiar with the pubs in your area as you are, but we may not be as lucky. We need the directions you would give if your house was on fire.

Find your event location on Google Maps http://maps.google.com/maps to get your GPS numbers.
- Move the cursor over the spot you want co-ordinates for. The exact location of the party/reception.
- Right click and select "Directions to here" on pop-up menu.
- Your coordinates are revealed in the "End Address": e.g. 53.346299, -6.287785
- We can navigate to your door using the Longitude N53.346299, and the Latitude W-6.287785 on our TomTom GPS.
- If you are having difficulties, we can help you do this over the phone.
- And, we would also suggest you include your co-ordinates as part of the invitation to guests.
It will make you look very cool, and guarantee your guests arrive in the right frame of mind.
