REFUNDS
POLICY
Faulty items or products
must be declared within 12 hours of delivery. Full refunds
will not be forthcoming on items that have been consumed
or used for the general purpose they were supplied for.
Part refund or credit may be possible in certain cases.
To report a faulty item
simply indicate the reason for your return and include
the invoice with your return. If you do not have the original
invoice, please send us a note detailing the reason for
return. This note must include your order number. We will
replace faulty items with the same item or refund back
to a credit card if the item is no longer available.
